How I’m Doing “It”

• I built this newsletter and community during nap times, stroller walks, and evenings. While being pregnant or feeling sick.

• I monetized my skills: I studied journalism and media communications and worked as a consultant, being a brand and marketing manager.

• I worked with well-known brands and helped NGOs.

• Writing + marketing = my unfair advantage

• Taking the things I’ve learned from Medium and bringing them over to Substack.

• I had no true “viral” moment (up to 600 likes max (as far as I know)). Just showing up on Notes consistently.
