I joined a while ago. It's one more place to share my Medium and Substack posts.

The best and worst thing is how it relies on users to "boost" posts.

It means your audience is perhaps more limited until you get a large following. But it also means you don't see as much junk.

I'm still finding my feet there.

(And I just followed you.)

How to benefit from this as a Research person/ Teacher?

Hi I.A., I think it's always beneficial to try new and promising platforms - especially if you're a Medium writer and Medium joins this platform.

I could imagine that you coulc connect with other researchers/teachers from around the world or from your country/city.

Additionally, you can spark a conversation about a topic you're interested in and share your content.
