I highly recommend the BodyEngineering Program - I am in it for over 3years now and we are more than just a community! The info we receive is tested and is working! I regained my health and trust back!

Hi Ana, cool! What's your story? Are you a mom too?

I publish the romanian edition daily. Then I share the article on social media.

I had close to 200.000 views last month.

I have 300 consecutive days since August 2023.

In the English Edition 3-4 nesletters a week, I am just getting warmed up.

I have a question for Valentin: how often does he publish his newsletter?

Great motivation for those of us who are focused on growing our Substack!

Wow, that’s brilliant and super interesting.

I sometimes worry that 2X a week is too much but it’s great to see that you can write more too and have great engagement.

Thank you!

Hi Veronica, how was your flight to Europe? ^^

For his English newsletter he now seems to publich almost daily.

I now that he also shares that he published 70 posts in one month! which is huge.

He told me he'll stop this soon. I'll let Valentin now about your question and I bet he'll reply here.

Plus we'll discuss it tomorrow in our live session.

Where in Europa are you now?

Awesome with your $100 article on Medium.

My tip, go with Start it up and try to get published there to be seen more.

If you get recommended you'll soon have more followers etc. than me.

YOu could also try Writing Cooperative or one of the other bigger ones I introduced here:

You have the credibility, authority and I know you're looking for some more press coverage to boost your brand and sales: https://youtu.be/hKSZ6YyD-cA?si=xmpAHuQ5coaWGusp

Thank you, Kristina!

That’s a huge amount of Posts.

I’m always cautious about not sending too many emails to my subscribers and usually do 2 with some exceptions when I want to launch something special.

Regarding Medium, I will try Start Up. I have had multiple articles published at The Writing Cooperative but the results were not wow and it annoys me that they only publish it like 2 weeks later…

Thanks for the info and will check the video!

His niche on health, nutrition, etc is a "naturally" popular one. It's good to see. So he posted more frequently and that helped bring in the initial subscribers. Good to know.

Expand full comment

Hi Don, same what people say with writing.

FOr sure there are specific niches but you could also say this about "dog training" or "sleep training for kids" "potty training".

The money is in the niches, as they say.

There are millions of fitness and health bloggers out there. Same on YouTube and only a few make it.

Consistency and doing the reps is definetly one of the secrets, I think.

People quit way to early these days.

We need to push through.

My video with Valentin isn't performing well although people are watching it for 10+ mins and the CTR is high.

It's ranking 8/10.

I was devastated because I put so much work in it and said to my hubby:

Is it worth it, not sure?

He sais: It is. One day in a few years you'll look back to your backlog of videos and can link to this interview.

That's the same with Valentin's story.

He started writing on Facebook and now can make money with it.

Before he was making money 1:1 or with his courses which is A LOT of effort just writing is easier and often more fun because it's only you and the computer.

I'll share the replay in a few hours for more

Hi Kristina ... thanks for replying back ... I agree with your perspective that different niches can be profitable and popular. Surprised to hear the video didn't do as well overall as you would have hoped but that it's doing well for people watching it. That's an important distinction. I have 2 other Substack topics I'll be starting soon. This one currently is important to me but I've not been sure what to do with it so I just started writing and now I'm getting a vision for it. Thanks, Kristina, for your helpful content.

OMG, thank you soo much! See you Wednesday!

Hi Valentin, glad you like the video and newsletter. I think it lets you shine ✨

Congrats again and our session on Wednesday is gonna be legendary.

You can send the Zoom link with your subscribers or selected circle of people as well.

Thanks for this inspiring interview.

Two days in a row I went to bed before midnight. Small success 😆

It's Amazing! You worked so damn hard for everything.

You deserve all the credit. And I'm not joking.

I bought a new Pro Webcam for wednesday. 🫡

Oh really? 😂

It's a Zoom session so I think the quality won't be so good. The images never are crisp and clear. That's why I'm thinking about moving to Stream yard... But that's another story

But for yours courses etc it's definitely a win. If the 🍝 is hidden everything is fine 😂

Hi Miguel, thinks so too. Valentin is really inspiring for other parents and I had to accept I'm not a night owl (are you one?) I'm not.

I try to go earlier to bed now to focus more in the time I have to create my newsletters, blog posts and videos.

Not sure, when do you go to bed?

Someone our tribe already shared he couldn't go to bed at 9 because the kids are still up.

My toddler is 4 now. He used to go to bed at 4 now it's 7.

After the interview with Valentin and him mentioning "pur your kid to bed as early as possible" we try again that he goes to bed at 6pm but with swimming, tennis, soccer and all the other stuff going on, it's not easy ^^

Thank you. But after 10 months of 6h of daily writing I am truly exhausted.

But I promised minimum 365 consecutive days and I will deliver.

Can't wait, Valentin. Same here. I'm creating every day.

Hi Jean, all those hours add up.

Yesterday I talked with Michael Simmons and he found the 5 Hours Rule. He studied Oprag, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet and found out that even the most successfull and richest people in th world spend 5 hours per week learning new hings.

5+5+5+5 is 20 hours pe month.

With you and your writing it's the same. You get better and better over time

Hi Os, he's really great!

Doing the reps over and over again and push through all obstacles and challenges is the way to go. Stamina, resilience and willingness definetly help us become "successful".

To learn more, I'll share the replay in a few hours.
