Most Substack authors give up after 16 weeks. They feel overwhelmed, burnt out and lose their joy. My new "Substack Shorts Series" will help you manage the changes.
Hi Kristina! I've been watching your videos on youtube for the last few weeks and I would like for you to know that you have given me the motivation to start my weekly baking newsletter. Thanks! :)
I am excited for Maya's interview! GREATTTTTT info as always Kristina! You really do teach Substack like no one else! You surely add a flair of excitement to it!
Thanks so so much! We're back from our family trip and I'll publish thr interview tomorrow or in a couple of days. Next week we'll have our live session with Maya
Just learned about the advanced layout, and I had to try it. I went all in and finished customizing it in one go. And not gonna lie, I'm pretty proud of it.
I added sections - do you even call them that? - for poetry and fiction, and added two buttons begging people to subscribe. Overall, I think things are a tad bit more cleaner now.
My impression is that Substack promotes those who have published consistently on the platform. No idea what the magic number of weeks is but I'm slowly getting more and more traction.
What exactly does 5-figure mean? Or 15K Substacker? A month? A year?
GRACIAS THE TOP

Sixteen weeks? Really?
That's where I am now and I've got so many ideas I can't keep up with myself.
That's GOOD to hear! Keep going and watch newsletter writing change your life. Happy Easter 🐰🐣

Hi Rick, we're still traveling so I can only access the app version where I don't see your new layout and the sections.
I bet it's clearer now. I'm happy for you!
There are lots of new features which I'll cover within the next few weeks with my Substack shorts series.
Happy Saturday!
Kristina
Oh keep me in the loop and share it inside
Mine's a simple stick figure. It works well for my Substack.
Cool!

Hi Denis! I read about this in regard to featured Substack newsletters. Consistency is definitely one pillar of success.
How long have you been wiring on Substack?
Medium's algorithm also rewards writers who have been publishing consistently for months and years.
I once read an article by Tim Denning (I know you're a fan) where he mentioned that the algorithm knows who's a senior writer.
I've published once a week for 27 weeks. Here's to another 27!
🐰🐣 Happy Easter
